Vikas Patel is an associate in the firm’s M&A & Corporate Finance group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions for public, private, and private equity-backed companies.

Vikas graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

During law school, Vikas was a member of the Thomas Tang and ABA moot court teams, teaching assistant for first year Contracts and Legal Writing classes, and an extern for the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras of the Northern District of Illinois.
