Steve represents clients with transactional and litigation needs that arise throughout the United States. He has significant litigation experience in both state and federal courts and has assisted clients in matters ranging from simple breach of contract actions to patent and copyright infringement actions, insurance coverage declaratory judgment lawsuits, environmental litigation actions, and securities class action lawsuits.

Steve focuses much of his practice on trademark prosecution and enforcement. He represents and advises clients in trademark prosecution of domestic and international trademark applications, and represents clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the USPTO, trademark infringement suits in federal court, and in domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization.

When not at work, Steve enjoys satisfying his wanderlust and has visited over 20 countries and six continents.
