Sean Vogt is an associate in the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance Group. His practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and contractual matters including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Sean graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he was a Senior Editor for the Washington University Law Review. During law school, he served as a legal intern for a large financial institution and as a judicial extern for the Honorable David W. Dugan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Prior to law school, Sean graduated from the University of Missouri, earning a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S.B.A. in Economics.
