Gabbie earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. During law school, Gabbie clerked for the Missouri Public Defender assisting in the representation of indigent clients.

Prior to law school, Gabbie received her B.A. in business management with minors in business legal studies and sustainable real estate development from Tulane University. Gabbie then worked in the corporate travel industry providing onsite logistics and event budgeting for VIP clientele.
