Ashley Baker is a Partner of the Corporate Transactions group.  Ashley’s practice focuses on M&A transactions, and she has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in public and private acquisitions and in connection with partnerships and joint ventures. In addition to M&A transactions, her practice also focuses on advising clients in connection with other strategic and restructuring transactions, corporate governance and formation matters, commercial legal matters and general business and securities law counseling matters. Ashley’s experience spans sectors such as manufacturing, retail, recycling, technology, life sciences, healthcare, consumer goods and executive office leasing.
