Laith Hamdan is a member of the firm’s Business & Commercial Disputes Group. He primarily handles litigation involving complex business transactions and commercial contract disputes. Laith also has experience defending securities fraud class actions and derivative shareholder litigation, as well as class actions and individuals lawsuits under consumer protection statutes.

Laith earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he interned for the Hon. Jaynee LaVecchia, New Jersey Supreme Court, and the Hon. Rosemary Gambardella, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. While attending law school, Laith also served as an associate editor for the Cardozo Law Review.
