Career
Ashley Kim is a member of BCLP’s Antitrust and Competition practice. Ashley has represented clients on both the plaintiff and defense side in high-stakes and complex antitrust litigation. Ashley has helped successfully pursue claims arising from foreign purchases under the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvement Act (FTAIA) in multidistrict litigation.
Ashley also represents clients in general and complex commercial litigation. Ashley assists clients through all stages of federal and state litigation, including discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and appellate practice.
Ashley earned her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, where she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Northwestern Journal of Human Rights and worked in the Center on Wrongful Convictions of the Bluhm Legal Clinic. Ashley also served as a Certified Mediator through Northwestern Law’s mediation program with the Center for Conflict Resolution and mediated cases in Illinois state courts. Prior to law school, Ashley worked for a large electronics conglomerate in Seoul, Korea.
