Position
Jeff Danley represents companies on IP enforcement, defense and litigation matters across a range of technologies, including electronics and semiconductors, medical devices, software and internet, and telecommunications. He is a registered patent attorney whose practice encompasses all aspects of patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation, including trade secrets and copyright matters.
Jeff has extensive experience as a first-chair patent litigator, including initial fact investigations, discovery and disposition motions, expert testimony and reports, claim construction and invalidity positions, as well as representing clients at trial and on appeal.
