Position

Bryan Clark represents clients in matters across the oil and gas midstream sector. As managing associate general counsel at Pioneer Natural Resources USA, Inc. from 2012 to 2024, he has a strong commercial and regulatory understanding of marketing and midstream matters involving crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids, as well as electricity matters involving distribution, transmission and purchasing. He also has extensive experience with unregulated, day-to-day midstream contracts, including processing, gathering, interconnections, TSAs and blending agreements.

At Pioneer, Mr. Clark served as the company’s primary midstream counsel and as its lead counsel on energy transition matters, including wind and solar development. He also advised Pioneer’s board of directors, executive management and senior officers on matters involving complex commercial transactions, federal and state regulations, litigation and the global energy transition.
