Career

Licia Tan is a senior associate in the Finance & Projects Practice Group of Wong & Partners. She has represented financial institutions, governmental bodies and corporate borrowers in various conventional and Islamic banking and finance transactions including trade finance, acquisition finance, project finance and real estate finance, both domestic and cross-border.

She has also been involved in debt capital market instruments issuance such as bonds, medium term notes and commercial papers in both conventional and Islamic structures, and equity linked debt issuance such as warrants and loan stocks. Licia has also advised and acted for clients on certain corporate and commercial transactions including corporate restructuring exercises.
