Chih-wen Ooi is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Wong & Partners. He has appeared at all levels of courts in Malaysia and is well versed in arbitration, adjudication, mediation at various regional institutions/rules such as the AIAC, UNCITRAL, ICC, SIAC and PAM. He is also an Adjudicator empaneled with the AIAC.

He has been serving as a Committee Member in the Society of Construction Law (Malaysia) since 2016 and a Committee Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Malaysia) Young Members Group since 2017.

He regularly publishes and several notable publications including the Law and Practice of Construction Law in Malaysia, Sweet and Maxwell (2021) and Malaysia’s First Supplement to the Delay and Disruption Protocol published by the Society of Construction Law (Malaysia) (2017).
