Raymond Tan is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution practice groups. Raymond’s practice focus is on advising and assisting clients on intellectual property (“IP”) matters, in particular on patent, copyright and trademark infringement, passing off and protection of confidential information IP enforcement and trademark prosecution.

Raymond is an advocate who is regularly involved in various stages of dispute management in both court and arbitration proceedings. In respect of civil litigation, he is experienced in managing complex intellectual property disputes, commercial disputes, civil disputes, defamation, employment disputes, disputes involving liquidation, breach of directors’ duties and shareholders disputes. He has experience in obtaining ex parte delivery up orders, injunctions, Mareva injunctions and other forms of interim reliefs. Raymond is well-versed in the drafting of various pleadings for court / arbitration proceedings. He is also experienced in advocacy at all stages of the litigation process, which includes the conduct of trials and hearings.
