Gabriela Bezerra Fischer integrates the Firm’s EMI practice group, coordinating the team focused on the oil and gas industry. With over 10 years’ experience in this area, Gabriela is extremely knowledgeable about the sector’s business, commercial and legal/regulatory specificities, with experience covering upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. She advises clients on a wide range of transactions, including equity and asset M&A deals; drafts and negotiates typical oil and gas industry contracts; and provides specialized legal advice on regulatory matters. Gabriela also participates in high profile disputes involving the oil and gas sector, including construction and public law disputes. Utilizing her experience in the gas and biofuels sectors, Gabriela also participates in projects and contributes to the policy-making around low-carbon gases and alternative fuels, in the context of energy transition.
Gabriela Bezerra Fischer joined the Firm in 2013 and became partner in 2024. She integrates EMI Public Law and Oil & Gas practice group with focus on the Oil & Gas area. Ms. Gabriela Bezerra Fischer has great expertise in Administrative and Regulatory Law, Corporate and Contractual Law being specialized in the Oil & Gas sector.
