Tricia Oliveira joined the Firm in 2004 and became partner in 2015. She integrates the Labor practice group, with focus on employment litigation – judicial and administrative . Ms. Oliveira has a wide breadth of experience in collective lawsuits and public civil actions, litigation related to health and safety and occupational diseases.
Tricia advises on individual and collective issues, including health and safety matters, individual and collective employment contract and termination, collective negotiations, compensation of employees executives and expatriates, transfer of employees, regular due diligence and due diligence related to M&A; post acquisition equalization of benefits.
