Flávia Amaral returned to the firm in 2021 and works in the IP Tech group with a focus on Intellectual Property, Technology Franchising, Data Protection and Information Security.

Flávia is a member of the Legal Studies Committee of the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF) and coordinates the Intellectual Property, Franchising and Fashion Law Unit of the Italo-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (Italcam). She is a member of the OAB/RJ Fashion Committee. She holds the CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager) and CDPO/BR certifications granted by the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals).
