Position

Ines Radmilovic is a senior counsel in the Firm’s M&A practice group. She is the past chairperson of the Firm’s EMEA M&A Practice Group Steering Committee and former member of the Global M&A Practice Group Steering Committee. Before moving to Budapest in 1992, Ines was a corporate and securities associate in the Chicago office. She became a partner in 1996 and senior counsel in mid 2024.

Ines has advised clients in various industries – including manufacturing, IT/communications, life sciences & healthcare, and financial services – on a range of cross-border or multijurisdictional transactional matters, including purchases and sales of businesses, advising on the complete transaction lifecycle, from structuring to implementation, as well as post-acquisition legal entity integration, spin-offs, mergers, demergers and corporate group restructuring.
