Position

Sepideh Nassabi is a counsel in Baker McKenzie’s Intellectual Property Practice Group in Toronto. She has been a Trademark Agent for over a decade and has significant experience in trademark prosecution.

Sepideh graduated from the University of Windsor Law School and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, formerly Ryerson University.

Career

Sepideh advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters including brand portfolio management, protection and enforcement. Sepideh provides intellectual property advice in respect of licensing agreements and commercial agreements. She has acted as counsel on matters before the Trademark Opposition Board, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Federal Court.
