Career
Christina Lee is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Hong Kong office. She is also the chair of the Firm’s Asia Pacific Capital Markets Practice and co-chair of the Hong Kong and Mainland China Capital Markets Practice.
Christina practices mainly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate regulatory compliance. She is knowledgeable in both public and private mergers and acquisitions, including takeovers and privatizations, strategic investments and joint ventures. She also has extensive experience in equity fund raisings and regulatory compliance for Hong Kong-listed companies, including resumption of trading under the delisting regime of the Listing Rules.
Christina currently serves as a member of Securities and Futures Commission’s Takeovers and Mergers Panel and the Takeovers Appeal Committee.
