Andrew Lockhart heads the Banking and Finance Practice Group in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore and Vietnam. He is regularly ranked by legal directories in the areas of aircraft finance, banking and finance, and asset finance.
