Baker McKenzie‘s ‘international arbitration team is highly impressive’. The London team is notably experienced in arbitrations concerning finance, corporate and M&A disputes, as well as energy and construction-related conflicts. The practice also has notable investor-state expertise. Energy sector specialist Andy Moody routinely acts in commercial and investor-state arbitrations and Ed Poulton‘s international arbitration caseload includes investment treaty matters. Steve Abraham specialises in the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors, while Kate Corby is a Middle East expert. Judith Mulholland is the ‘most hard-working person around‘. Also key to the international arbitration group are Richard Molesworth and Anjuli Patel.
