Blaire’s practice covers all areas of domestic and international restructurings. She has represented a range of distressed companies, creditors, and companies seeking to acquire distressed assets in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. She has advised companies on the development and implementation of corporate restructuring strategies and has litigated disputes before bankruptcy and appellate courts. Blaire’s practice focuses on business reorganizations and corporate restructuring. She represents distressed companies and creditors of distressed companies, including private equity funds, hedge funds and investment banks. Her experience spans a variety of industries including automotive, education, financial services, healthcare, oil and gas, real estate, retail, technology, and transportation.
