Die Leitung der Gruppe teilen sich Michael Schmidl und Michaela Nebel, wobei die Aufteilung von Verantwortlichkeiten so erfolgt, dass Mandate in der Outsourcing-Sparte regelmäßig von Schmidl angeführt werden, während Nebel für Transaktionen zuständig ist und hierbei sämtliche Fragestellungen des IT- und Datenrechts abdeckt. Simone Rieken ist in der Erstellung und Verhandlung von Cloud-Verträgen geübt.
