Position
Michal Malkovský is a member of the Firm’s Antitrust & Competition and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups in Prague.
Before joining Baker McKenzie, Michal worked at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition on antitrust investigations in the telecommunications and digital sectors.
Michal advises clients on merger control, foreign investments screening, abuse of dominance cases, cartel investigations and various antitrust compliance issues.
In connection with M&A, Michal advises on cross-border acquisitions and divestments, performs due diligence investigations, assists with drafting of contractual documentation and handles follow-up corporate issues. Michal also provides complex structuring and regulatory advice in connection with corporate mergers, spin-offs and restructurings.
