Elizabeth Rogers represents public and private companies in a range of corporate and transactional matters.
Additionally, she assists clients in data privacy and cybersecurity compliance matters including compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations as well as SEC disclosure obligations.
During law school Elizabeth was an Articles Editor of the Cardozo Law Review, served in multiple Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant roles and as a student fellow for The Filmmaker’s Legal Clinic which provides pro bono transactional legal services to independent and documentary filmmakers.
Prior to law school, Elizabeth worked in non-profit fundraising.
