Position
- Represents arrangers, investment managers, investors (including collateralised loan obligation (CLO) lenders) and corporate services providers in relation to CLO issuances and other complex finance transactions.
- Advises on securitisations, warehouse financing arrangements and follow-on refinancing and “reset” transactions throughout Europe.
- Extensive experience with EU Securitisation Regulation and UK Securitisation Regulation in the context of common and bespoke securitisation structures.
- Works with clients across the direct lending and portfolio finance markets in obtaining and deploying financing.
Dasha advises arrangers, investment managers, investors (including CLO lenders) and corporate services providers on a range of structured finance work, with a particular focus on CLO transactions. She has an extensive knowledge of the EU Securitisation Regulation and the UK Securitisation Regulation, and acts as a transactional regulatory advisor in the context of all types of securitisation structures.
