Position
Marc Epstein counsels owners, developers, landlords, tenants and investors in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions, financing, leasing, development, management and construction. He also represents clients in forming and structuring vehicles for investments in real estate. These include funds, joint ventures, partnerships, limited liability companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs).
In his career, Marc has negotiated more than a billion dollars’ worth of design, engineering and construction contracts and has assisted clients in the acquisition and disposition of countless dollars of commercial real estate. He also structures and negotiates agreements related to the management, operation and leasing of commercial real estate, including data centers, hotels and assisted living facilities.
