Career

Guilherme is a partner in Environmental at Lefosse.

He has worked intensively in some of the most important cases of environmental crisis management in the country including dam failure, large fires, atmospheric emissions and their consequences. Guilherme has experience in issues related to environmental licensing, use of water resources, especially protected areas; solid waste management, management of contaminated areas, climate change and atmospheric emissions and environmental responsibilities in general.

Guilherme graduated in Law from UCSAL (Universidade Católica do Salvador), has a postgraduate in Environmental Law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo) and an LL.M in Energy and Environmental Law from The George Washington University, Washington DC/USA. Guilherme is president of the Environmental Law Committee at CESA (Centro de Estudos de Sociedades de Advogados – Center for the Study of Law Firms).
