Career
Since joining Levison Meltzer Pigott in October 2017, Kate has been involved in a wide variety of cases, including with an international element, involving complex business structures and family trusts and disputes surrounding inherited wealth.
Kate is a specialist solicitor who has practised exclusively in Family Law since qualification in 2012. Happy to assist with all matters, whether upon relationship breakdown, divorce or in relation to the arrangements for children, Kate has a keen interest in cases involving the consideration of financial issues on divorce, to include Pre-Nuptial Agreements.
Kate enjoys servicing the specific needs of her clients to ensure they receive tailored advice which reflects the nuances of their situation, this advice being delivered sensitively and promptly. She has been commended by former clients for her excellent client care at inevitably difficult times.
As a member of Resolution, a national organisation of family lawyers, Kate endeavours to conduct all matters in a constructive and non-confrontational way to ensure compliance with the Code of Practice. She strongly believes this alleviates tension for clients at an otherwise extremely difficult time.
