Evan is an senior associate in the corporate group of Carey Olsen’s Cayman Islands office. He advises on a wide range of corporate and finance transactions.
Career
Evan was formerly with Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto where he maintained a broad corporate practice, advising on equity and debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and banking transactions.
Education
Evan graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Brandon University. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
Evan was called to the bar in Ontario, Canada in 2016.
