Position

Dhanshuklal Vekaria is partner in the dispute resolution and insolvency team in Hong Kong.

He has a broad range of experience in the offshore and general commercial litigation context most recently advising and acting in relation to the liquidation and winding up of a number of offshore private corporates, trust and fund structures, disputes in relation to private client trusts, fair valuation disputes, injunction and freezing orders and corporate restructuring disputes.

Dhanshuklal is an experienced commercial litigator and advocate with particular expertise in valuation disputes.

Career

Dhanshuklal has practised Cayman Islands law since 2016 having previously worked at another offshore firm in the Cayman Islands. He relocated to Hong Kong with Carey Olsen in 2018.

He was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2012 where he worked for Pinsent Masons. Since January 2018, Dhanshuklal has also been admitted as a solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (BVI).

Dhanshuklal has specialised in the areas of general commercial litigation and insolvency law, private client law and trusts litigation since his admission in 2012.
