Position
Marion is highly experienced in advising financial institutions, debt funds, arrangers, private equity firms and corporates on a wide range of domestic, cross border and international banking and finance transactions. She has particular specialisms in real estate finance as well as asset-backed securitisations, debt capital markets transactions, warehouse financing and loan portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
Recognised by clients and intermediaries as a ‘go-to’ person in Scotland for advice in relation to the Scots law aspects of securitisation and structured finance transactions, Marion is a leading member of the Firm’s Securitisation and Structured Finance Team. She has acted on many market leading RMBS and CMBS transactions as well as securitisations involving energy, consumer loan and auto loan receivables.
