Career

Recently my client sustained a traumatic brain injury when hit by a car on a zebra crossing when she was a teenager.

The effects were subtle, but in her unique circumstances, they had a catastrophic effect.  She was an incredibly talented violinist, but after the accident could barely remember a few chords of music.

With the input of a fabulous rehabilitation team, and collaborative input from the Defendants, we were able to secure her future with a six-figure damages settlement to compensate her for future loss of earnings and help her achieve her dreams; she now has a place at the Royal College of Music.

I have also settled several multi-million-pound claims for clients with Spinal Cord Injuries and I am now honoured and privileged to support the victims of the Manchester Arena bombing.

At Hudgells we are now able to pursue compensation claims on behalf of more than 160 survivors – many of whom have sustained catastrophic life-changing injuries and who have turned to our team for support.  We have already provided an initial package of support which includes dedicated rehabilitation services.
