He regularly acts for high net worth individuals and families, shareholders, companies, investors, directors and insolvency practitioners in disputes which often involve overseas jurisdictions.
Chris has acted on significant trials and has particular experience of obtaining urgent relief for clients by way of injunctions and worldwide freezing orders. He also acts for clients in international arbitration and has acted for clients in the enforcement of arbitral awards.
