Previous team leader Steve Mackie is still an active member of the group, with extensive experience in real estate-backed finance, social housing finance work, and student accommodation mandates. Sarah Egbu specialises in hotel finance, whilst Paul Salsbury is a member of the firm’s cross-border real estate group, and thus has expertise handling both UK-based and pan-European real estate finance. Zak Ikponmwosa is skilled at handling work involving multiple debt issues and cross-border matters, and Ian Kyno was promoted to partner in May 2022.
