The ‘extremely knowledgeable and professional’ family team at Miles & Partners LLP is headed up by Kate Hammond and Ritu Sood; both are recommended for their work in care proceedings alongside private law children work. Hammond is also experienced in children matters involving local authorities, and Sood often advises guardians. Harriet Brame handles a range of complex children cases, including those involving allegations of non-accidental injury, while Linda Pope is ‘an excellent strategist’ and a go-to for matrimonial finance matters. Gemma Hodder is also recommended.
