David is intelligent, quick witted and extremely commercial — making him an excellent commercial litigator.  He has practised for over 20 years, covering a wide range of business litigation, in particular disputes concerning: the breakdown of shareholder, director, partnership, LLP, joint venture and employment relationships, fraud and injunctions, unlawful competition, restraint of trade, confidential information, team moves and springboard relief. He acts in disputes concerning minority shareholder unfair prejudice and breaches of shareholder agreements.

David was President of the Manchester Law Society, and was selected as one of Manchester’s top 250 most influential people by the Manchester Evening News.
