David is a well-known, very experienced and highly regarded insolvency lawyer in the Yorkshire area. He deals with all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency work. In relation to companies, he has considerable experience advising insolvency practitioners (together with other stakeholders and buyers) on the sales of distressed businesses.
