Russell previously worked for major international law firms and also ran his own practice. He specialises in commercial property and its development, buying, selling and managing sole and multi-occupied retail, office, industrial, residential and leisure sites and setting up different types of joint venture, secured funding and option arrangements. Russell has particular expertise in the hospitality sector, frequently acting on hotel business transfers and management agreements.
