Gail works on a wide-ranging caseload, consisting of cases arising from misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis, negligent surgery, and fatal injury, amongst others. She has a particular interest in obstetric claims including footling breech deliveries, shoulder dystocia, cerebral palsy, stillbirth, and perineal injuries. Gail also specialises in Coroner’s inquests involving death arising from suspected clinical failures. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Gail has a particular reputation for client care, understanding that litigation can be a difficult process for people and that the professional relationship she builds with her clients is as important as the legal advice she provides.
