Jack works with developers, landowners and promoters to bring forward residential development, specialising in the acquisition, promotion and disposal of land and developer-side affordable housing deals.

Jack acts for clients on all aspects of residential development, including the acquisition, promotion and disposal of prospective development sites for immediate and longer term development.

With experience acting for a range of house builders (including a number of Top 10 national house builders), landowners and promoters, a high attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring that his clients achieve their desired outcome, Jack is well positioned to assist his clients through all stages of the development cycle.
