Career
Barry generally acts for commercial property developers and house builders. He is a commercial property specialist with particular expertise in site assembly, new build office schemes, mixed use developments, urban regeneration of brownfield sites, joint ventures and forward funding facilities.
He also acts for both landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial lettings.
Education
Barry trained at Wragge & Co in Birmingham and became a partner at Eversheds in 2001 and has been a partner at Shakespeare Martineau since 2011
