Henna is a commercial litigation expert who advises on high value, high profile and commercially sensitive, contentious matters. Henna has experience in acting for a range of clients in the High Court for claims including breach of contract, insolvency, breach of fiduciary duty and contentious probate. Henna has experience in handling disputes relating to sanctions imposed on clients pursuant to the Iran and Russian regimes in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. She has handled international arbitrations both ad-hoc and under the LCIA, LMAA and SIAC Rules. Henna is recognised in the Legal 500 in 2021 and 2022.
