Sylvain Canard-Volland advises French and international investors and property companies on all aspects of their real estate transactions in France, as well as in a pan-European context.

He advises on complex transactions involving the acquisition or disposal of properties or property companies, on the negotiation or renegotiation of leases (on behalf of owners and tenants), as well as on construction and real estate litigation.

Sylvain offers his clients a transversal and fully integrated offer with all the services provided by the firm both in Paris and with the English and Canadian teams.
