Paul is a partner in the corporate team.
He advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. His work includes constitutional and governance issues, mergers and acquisitions,
demergers and general company law. Paul has extensive experience of corporate and group reorganisations, investment vehicles and commercial
contracts. He advises domestic and international companies and investors in a wide range of business sectors. His particular focus is on closely-held
businesses and their owners, be they entrepreneurs, families or family of(ces. Paul advises professional and investment partnerships, and individual
partners, on their partnership agreements. Paul also assists companies in creating employee share schemes and advises individual executives on their
equity entitlements.

Trained Withers LLP; qualified into corporate department 1997; partner 2007. Co-edits the employee trusts section of ‘ Practical Trusts Precedents’. Contributor to ‘Business Families and Family Businesses – the STEP handbook for advisers’.
