Katy has a wide range of real estate experience gained at Gowling WLG and Clyde & Co LLP. Having advised various retailers, Katy specialised in leasing, acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management for UK and international retailers.
For the last 9 years Katy has undertaken consultancy roles, focusing on due diligence and reporting for funding, corporate and other real estate transactions on retail tenant occupier matters.
