Philip is a Partner in our Corporate team. He acts for clients in various sectors, including information technology and e-commerce, the NHS and the care home sector, charities, chemical manufacturing and serviced office accommodation.
Philip advises on commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IT (including software, hardware and other IT-related matters), healthcare law, data protection, e-commerce, private equity, management buy-outs and buy-ins, charity law, corporate structured property transactions and business start-ups. He has lectured on contracting, charity shared services, data protection, corporate mergers and acquisitions and management buy-outs.

Qualified in 1987. Became a Partner at RadcliffesLeBrasseur in 1995.
