She provides advice for a wide range of healthcare issues with particular experience of clinical negligence claims, disciplinary and regulatory proceedings, and advising on matters before the General Dental Council (GDC), Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Before Michaela became a lawyer, she trained and worked as an intensive care nurse.
