Position

Sumaira is a Partner and Solicitor working within both the Corporate and the Corporate Restructuring departments. Sumaira’s general corporate work includes advising on mergers and acquisitions and company formation and structuring work business start-ups and commercial contracts.

Within the scope of her restructuring practice, Sumaira advises on general corporate restructuring, business turnaround, corporate recovery, solvent and insolvent rescue, corporate finance, management buyouts, and joint ventures. Sumaira’s clients include private equity houses, venture capital businesses, entrepreneurs and management teams. Sector experience includes acting for clients within recruitment, training, manufacturing, telecommunications, hotels, leisure and entertainment, fashion, property and business advisory and marketing sectors.
