Mark has worked in the real estate field for 35 years.
Mark has extensive experience of commercial property law, especially disposals and acquisitions, acting for lenders, estate management and landlord and tenant matters. He acts for owners, and investors who range from multi-nationals to smaller regional businesses. He has particular expertise in the licensed and leisure industry and acts for several of the major pubcos.
Mark is known for his efficient, commercial and pragmatic advice. Mark regularly has to act on transactions that have very tight timescales and will work with the other side to ensure the transaction is completed to everyone’s satisfaction.
