Position
Anders is the managing partner for the UAE and head of our corporate and aviation practices in the Middle East.
Career
Anders brings astute commercial awareness and cross-border expertise to corporate negotiations and transactions. As an experienced corporate and M&A specialist, he advises our multinational clients on public and private M&A, including takeovers and IPOs. He also acts for blue chip local and regional clients on general cooperate matters such as corporate set up and restructuring, joint ventures and cooperation arrangements. He regularly advises international clients in the region in relation to their set up of operations as well as acquisition or divestment of local operations. In total he has over 20 years of corporate law experience.
Anders has a special focus on GCC/Africa cross border transactions, as well as clients within the Aviation and Technology sectors. His aviation sector experience extends throughout the Middle East and Europe, and he has advised many of the world’s leading airlines and aviation companies on their operations internationally for the past 15 years. He also advises government entities in the GCC on aviation related matters.
